Today I will be interviewing Mary Lou about her Summer Journal
Interviewer- "So Mary Lou, can you tell what your summer journal is about? And why are you working on this little summer project of yours?
Mary Lou-“ Well My summer journal is about all of the interesting things I've done. I thought I'd never have something cool to write about at the start of the summer. Then it became interesting when my cousin Carl Ray came to stay over for a month or two. Also my best friend Beth Ann and the boy of my dreams, Alex Cheevey kept me busy! It became the wildest summer I ever had!!”
Interviewer- “Wow that is very interesting! So, did you want your teacher, Mr. Brickway to look though your journal or should we call it a diary, because it sounds a bit personal to me!!”
Mary Lou-“Well, I actually wrote a note about that! This is what it said: “ Dear Mr.Brickway, Here it is, my summer journal. As you can see, I got a little carried away. The problem is...I don’t wantyou to read it.” ...That was it, really...” Interviewer-“Very nice, well was that all you did for the summer was talk about what you did after you did it?
Mary Lou- “I was reading The Odyssey, which was all about gods and goddesses and the stories of each and every one of them. I enjoyed most of the stories but some were very boring!! "Interviewer- "So this news about Carl Ray was very intriguing with him being adopted and his birth father dying! What do you know about that?"Mary Lou- "Carl Ray is such a quiet boy. He wouldn't say much but I bet he has alot of feelings. His birth father passed away after he got to my house to stay which was sad because none of us knew so we couldn`t do anything to make him feel better."Interviewer- "Was it an accident or Carl Ray trying to hurt himself when he fell into the ditch? How did everyone react to it?"Mary Lou- "Carl Ray would never want to do that to himself! It was just a horrific accident! Everyone was waiting for hours to see him ! They were so shocked and scared that he may never wake up but he finally did after 4 days. When he woke up, everyone was so happy and wanting to finally talk to him! "Interviewer- "Well that was a great talk. Thank you for your time. I guess I will see you later then, Mary Lou."Mary Lou- "OK, Thank you for the interview. Good bye!"
